A: Watch availability is updated frequently. However, in case there is a problem with the availability of a particular watch, we will get in touch with you by email or telephone with an expected availability and delivery time for your order.

A: We offer multiple options for payments, such as: Paypal / Credit Card / Debit Card / Payfort

Q: Can I mail my order?
A: Yes. You can email your order to us at info@zyroswatches.com however, your order will be processed once your payment is realized and credited into our account.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?
A: Your shipping charge is calculated based on the order merchandise total and your preferred shipping method for each ship-to-address. Your shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: You will be charged for your order, once you have gathered all the watches you wish to purchase, selected any one of Checkout Options and proceeded towards payment options through the indicated steps.

Q: Where in the World can you deliver?
A: We deliver to any locations in the World, except embargo nations. Please provide your correct postal code and address for timely delivery.

Q: Who are your courier / logistics partner?
A: We deliver our watches through International Couriers, such as Fetchr, Aramex, SMSA

Q: Can I have my order gift boxed?
A: Yes, We will gladly gift box your watches and include a card with a personalized message from you for free of cost.

Q: Can I have the gift delivered on a particular date?
A: Yes, you can have the gift delivered on a particular date provided the shipping address is served by our courier company.

Q: Can I track the shipment of my order?
A: Yes, you can track the shipment using the airway bill number on the courier company website.

Q: Can I ship to more than one address?
A: Yes, you can place order and have your watch shipped to multiple addresses. Your shipping cost will be calculated based on the merchandise order total for each address and the service level you select.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?
A: It will be our endeavor to deliver the watch to you as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time for orders is 3 – 5 working days after the Order has been placed and payments had been realized and credited into our account.

Q: What if I receive the watch in damaged / defective condition?
A: In case you receive watches different from what you have bought on the website or if the watch is damaged / defected, you can simply contact our Customer Care department through email at info@zyroswatches.com and you can avail of an exchange or refund on producing the invoice and the watch in original packing and unused condition.

Q: How do I return a watch purchased online for a return or exchange?
A: You can send the watch accompanied with the original invoice, packaging box and any other documents / gifts which are part of the watch. When you return the watch, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and send it to us through a reliable courier to the same address that you would receive your watch from. All shipping charges from your place to our address will be your responsibility. We recommend you to send your watches by a traceable courier, as we will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the watch during shipping from your place to our place.

Q: Where do I return a watch purchased online for a refund or exchange?
A: We have a decentralized distribution system and our distribution points are located in Far East, Middle East and Africa; all the watches are shipped from these distribution points based on the availability and geographical feasibility to the port of destination.

Q: How & when will I receive my refund / return amount?
A: Every request of refund / return would be passed only after the watch is appraised and it is ensured that the watch has not been tampered with or altered in any unacceptable manner. The customer will receive the payment in form of a cheque within 21 working days after the company takes the decision of the return / exchange. The return / exchange refund decision will be at the sole discretion.
